Lower Silesia – spring / summer season

Price: 200.00

Lower Silesia – Adventure with History
This is a magical mountain land located in the south-west of Poland. On the Czech and German border. As usual in Poland, marked by history. Originally it belonged to Poland and its first Piast dynasty. Over the centuries it was within Germany. It was here that during the escape from the Red Army, the Nazis hid treasures looted throughout Europe – gold, works of art etc. It is here that treasure hunters from all over the world come in search of the “Gold Train” filled with Nazis gold and works of art worth billions of euros to be hidden here in one of the numerous tunnels. It was here that the Nazis built the famous Riese Complex located in the massif of the Owl Mountains – it is a system of underground factories, corridors stretching for tens of kilometers, explored only in a small percentage. It is also the Książ castle where new Nazis tunnels are discovered every year. As historians say, in these undergrounds the Nazis were to work on their mysterious military systems – atomic bomb, flying saucers … etc. The castle underground was to be connected by an underground system of railway tunnels 80 km away in a straight line with the Riese Complex.
We will see and visit all of these places surrounded by amazing landscape and wildlife during our trip. During our trip we will visit one of the largest fortification complexes in Europe (such as the Maginota Line) MRU – Międzyrzecki Fortified Region, fully preserved and open to the public.
